Light, Texture and Night Sky in the Sonoran Desert

I am an Arizona-based photographer and disabled artist working in desert landscape, wildlife, and astrophotography. My work explores the relationship between earth and sky—intimate desert textures by day, vast celestial landscapes by night. Through stillness, patience, and careful observation, I seek to reveal the quiet complexity of Arizona’s natural environments.

About Me

Living and working with disabilities has shaped my artistic perspective. I move more slowly, observe more closely, and approach landscapes with deliberation and respect. This rhythm naturally aligns with fragile desert ecosystems and dark-sky environments, where patience and preservation are essential.

I am represented by ArtLifting, a national platform supporting artists with disabilities. My “Desert Textures” series explores the textures found in the Sonoran desert and abstract forms created by erosion, heat, wind, and time.
